About Me
I am a Zimbabwean American mixed-methods user researcher with a deep passion to solve problems by bringing users into the design process.
I have led the design and implementation of end-to-end human-centered projects for over five years. Through my work, I seek to inspire others and create impactful, evidence-based solutions that enhance the user’s experience.
I am especially passionate about healthcare, nutrition, and nonprofit design. I have coordinated national and international public health surveys, conducted formative and implementation research aimed at enhancing services and products for vulnerable, marginalized, low-income communities internationally.
My genuine passion for the work fuels my determination to continually learn and grow, always seeking to expand my knowledge and skills.
